Latest update = dreadful mess


How dare you call this an update.  Don’t you people ever check anything before you roll it out.

Most of my playlists have disappeared. Navigating is 100% more difficult.

I want my old version back otherwise ALL my costly Sonos gear is going straight in the small electrical recycling bin at the local tip - because that’s pretty much all it is worth now.

You treat customers with contempt.
