As per Title, just leaving this here for reference.
The last S1 update (that I grumbled about) has in fact put a smile on my face!! Since installing this I note that playback of WAV-encoded music from my local NAS is now enhanced by the S1 App showing Elapsed/Remaining Track times, the Track Progress indicator, and also allowing ‘scrubbing’ to any point in the track being played.
Many Thanks to whoever decided that it was time to fix this!! (and I mean this, no sarc’ intended)
Now, how long until someone tells me I should be using FLAC….. :-)
Latest S1 update has improved .WAV playback functionality!
