Is the sonos website for UK customers looking for a US postcode?

Hi all, 

I am trying to grab my free trial of Sonos Radio HD and my postcode doesnt seem to be recognised.  I have tried inputting it with no space and with a space in between the first three characters and second three characters but nothing seems to work.  The fact it is referring to it as a ZIP code suggests to me it is looking for a US format postcode.  

 

Wither way I cannot claim my free trial currently.  Any advice on how to fix?

You will need to update app and if you get “unable to connect” or “ needs to authorise account” unplug one piece.

Just delete the postcode and fill in the normal way ie uk style.

 

it happened to me and once signed upI get the “unable to connect to sonos radio”

Whilst 3rd time is a charm it certainly isnt in this case.  :)

Currently this isnt a good look for Sonos.  There is no way I can access the trial as a UK customer.

 Getting help from Sonos seems much harder these days.

When it does work you may need to turn off each item to get it to work see here

Last thought did you try letters in caps? That worked for me
