Recently downloaded to iPhone app. Everything seems to work well except I have no control over volume. I have checked this when the app is both in the foreground and background and have tried the hardware side switched and the Control Center controls. The switch is set to on for hardware control. I also do not see the lock screen controls and the switch is also on for that to show; therefore, can't control volume from there either. The Windows 10 web page works properly; there are no Sonos system configurations issues

Your question is very confusing...you seem to be all over the place. You talk about having...Recently downloaded to iPhone app??? Then you talk about foreground and background ...are you meaning the song playing is minized to the bottom of the App vs. being expanded? When you say hardware side switch are you referring to the volume control of the iPhone...which has nothing to do with Sonos. Lastly you start talking about windows 10????
