Is there any news on Sonos getting an intercom function, to communicate speaker to speaker?
I am torn between buying studio echo vs another S1....

3rd party apps can do...
I use Google Assistant for this function.
Do sonos read these? It would be helpful to know about this feature so I can make my mind up!
Sonos does not comment on future developments. If you need this and do not want to use Google Assistant (or can’t make sure Alexa does this on Sonos too), Sonos might not be for you.
Bought the echo studio in the end. It would be nice if Sonos could introduce an intercom feature, via Alexa or their own version of “drop in”!
