I have been running the S2 Controller on my PC without any problem until yesterday when I attempted to install an latest update I was unable to complete the installation. Has anyone else had a problem, if so, how has it been solved? Thanks.

I’ve not had this issue, but would suggest a couple of steps. First, delete your current files (uninstall) from the PC. Then reboot the PC. Then download a new version from the Sonos wevpbsite and try a reinstall, making sure to ‘connect to existing system’ when prompted.
If that fails, I would call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.
When you speak directly to the phone folks, there are more options available for them to assist you.
