Hi @Pelo
Welcome to the Sonos Community!
I was unable to reproduce this issue with our Soundcloud test account. I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
I hope this helps.
Hey @pelo I have had the same issue in attempting to add Audible and Libby by Overdrive.Get the code, allow access. Success from either Audible or Libby...then I go back to Sonos and get the connection error.
What did the technical support team tell you?
I have attempted this all week to connect my Soundcloud.
I have deleted sound cloud and reconnected it but still sonos want connect.
I had it and used it for years now sonos has messed it up! Help
I found a fix, and that was by downloading the Sonos app onto my PC and then adding it. I contacted Support and they walked me through the process. Maybe try your PC and if you’re still stuggling, reach out to support. I agree though, it’s a frustrating process for what should be optimised for mobile….when it’s clearly not.
