I have a Sonos mixed estate one and two every time there is a change upgrade or even a change to terms and conditions my Sonos one kit stops working requiring a lengthy and helpful call to their helpdesk it takes a long time to sort this out every time please can the tech team sort something out as soon as possible thank you?

Hi. I really don’t think Sonos can do anything about this, as it is almost certainly a local network issue. It usually arises from the router messing up the IP addressing on reboot as part of the update.
Do you have IP addresses for your Sonos devices reserved in your router?
Please describe your network and and devices on it such as mesh WiFi, extenders etc, if any.
