I have Amazon music. Playlists in Sonos favorites. Playlists in Amazon music on the Sonos iphone app. I can’t add songs to any playlist. I was able to do so, that’s how I created the playlists. The playlists have <50 songs, about 20 each.
Why can’t I add songs now?
Sonos help had me disconnect from Amazon music once, that worked for a while. Broken again. I doing that repeatedly is silly/stupid. Perhaps Sonos lost their way - it was simple to use, now it just breaks. Speaker quality is irrelevant if you can’t get them to play.
