I surrendered and eventually installed the last update.
In the old app I could enter a search string and the see different categories like song, playlist, artist and podcast. Where are these categories in the new app? How can I search for podcasts?

+24Search categories were removed from the new mobile app, because, um, dunno. They remain in the Desktop app and some third party apps.
That's bad.
Even worse: the new app doesn't even list podcasts after search, just artists, albums and playlist.
