Hello!
Could we please have the option for the TV input to be in Full Mode like the Music input.
This feature request is over 7 years old and we still don't have the option to do it.

There is a slider-bar option in the Sonos App under ‘Settings/System/[HT Room Name]/Surround Audio’ called ‘TV Level’ - if you slide its control to the right (+15), it shifts the front channel TV audio to the rear speakers and it’s perhaps ‘similar’ to the feature you are asking for here.
