How can I listen to YouTube on my Sonos One? I can listen to Spotify but can not find a way to direct youtube music. I don’t have youtube premium account.

Google does not provide a free tier of YT Music on Sonos (except for access to your own uploaded tracks).

You can add YouTube Music to your music services in the Sonos app and listen to your music within the Sonos app.
If you have an iOS device, you can AirPlay it to the One.
