Delete old speakers from my Sonos account

In our old flat two products were listed in Settings / System: “Ceiling speakers” and “Soundbar”.  We used to select one or both speakers.

In our new flat we only have the “Soundbar” but “Ceiling speakers” is still incorrectly listed in Settings / System.  How can I delete “Ceiling speakers” from the products list?

I have tried everything, both through S1 and S2 controllers.  Nothing has worked.

The ceiling speakers will disappear from the list on its own after a prolonged period of it not being detected on your system.

That is very odd because the app just shows the speakers it sees. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?

I am not clear how you could try both the S1 and S2 apps. Is the soundbar in an S1 or S2 system - it cannot be both?
