delete a 'Music Source' as a choice listed

How can I delete a "music source" that is listed as a choice that I no longer use/need? I wish to delete 'SiriusXM' as a music source listed

Thank you. That helped me figure it out. Open the program on my laptop, click 'Manage', "Service Settings', then you choose what you want to delete
Possibly depends on controller, but on my Android it is Settings, My Services, touch the relevant service and select 'remove account'
