I realize there are a few posts already about this. I just want to add another extremely disappointed user to the mix.



Living in Canada, we don't get Pandora. Sonos is next best as we can use Apple Music. What was a rich experience, is now dumbed down. The connect is essentially a Play 1 without an amplifier and speaker, but more expensive.



A connect was sold to make your current system a sonos system. Now my current system can't control it and I am forced to use the app, another step for us! What is annoying is... it worked great, and they took it all away.



Not like I bought it and wanted features not available. Sonos decided to make the move to REMOVE features from clients.



Disgusted.
