I have been having issues with the Sonos S2 app connecting to the speakers, but strangely I can connect to them just fine in the Spotify app. Any idea why this might be? Have tried all the WiFi reset steps and speaker resets etc. But no improvement. Can sometimes connect if I’m close to the boost bridge but more patchy the further away I am…..was thinking it must be a problem with the bridge. But how come the Spotify app has no problems? Any help and advice gratefully received! Thanks

Fixed…..apparently the speakers were getting confused by my sky Q satellite tv and we’re trying to connect to that rather than my boost. All I needed to do was make sure my sky box used 5 ghz rather than the 2.4 ghz
