As title said. 

Recently connected music from one laptop and had no issues. Trying to add from a 2nd laptop on same network and cant do it. 

I have read many threads about the SMB issues and have tried all the fixes detailed in those threads to no avail. 

Any support would be great. Diagnostic report submitted: 1136617533.

If the files are on the Windows PC itself then you are correct: it cannot be an SMB issue, as SMB is not used any more for this.

What aspect of setting this up is failing? What exactly happens? What is the exact error message?

Some logs can be found in C:\ProgramData\SonosV2,_Inc\runtime which might contain clues, if Support don’t take a look at your diagnostic.
