Hello!

 

The last two weeks I can’t connect to PowerAPP, the turk streaming music service.

Somebody knows why? It is the service down?

It shows as being “up” on the “View real-time service status” page, which is linked to on this page, on my screen to the right of the text box for your post.

Have you tried removing it from your Sonos system, and then adding it back in, forcing a new “handshake” with the service?

Yes, it is “up” in the status page. I removed and added again but it doesn’t work.
Then I tried downloading the PowerAPP in my Android phone and it doesn't work either. Only the web page streaming works (https://www.powerapp.com.tr).
It seems like the issue is with the service, not with Sonos:
I'll try to report it to PowerAPP.
