In Big Sur, the’ve eliminated “Power Saver” settings, replacing them with “Battery”.  “Battery” doesn’t have the option to keep hard disks awake.  Even with my Mac set to not sleep, it still sleeps, and can’t play music I have stored on my Mac.  Anyone else experiencing this, or have a solution?

A NAS, Network Attached Storage device. Anything from a Raspberry Pi up to a fancy multi-disk array - as long as it supports the Sonos essential SMB v1 protocol.
