Backing Up/Exporting Playlists

Everything I’m finding on the Google is a few years old or involves lots of words like XML.

I have built a number of playlists in Sonos.

I’m hearing that a number of users have lost theirs when they “upgraded” their app.

Is there a way to backup (or export) the lists, so if that happens, I can re-import them into Sonos?

(And if “yes”, how?)

That’s something I’d really like too, so I hope someone is able to help with this.  After the Great App Update Fiasco I’m very wary indeed of Sonos software, so any backup / restore functionality would be a great thing!
