Apple Music app

Is there anyway to play Apple Music from the Apple Music app to my SONOS group as is possible with Tidal?

What I think I know is that Air Play is available to SONOS ONE but not when they are linked up in my group?

Any advice on how to do it or for work arounds would be gratefully received.

You cannot Airplay to a (named) group directly, but there's two possibilities to Airplay to more than one speaker:

  1. Airplay to one speaker and add other to the speker, forming a group; or
  2. select all speakers in your Aiplay list to play to -  they willl play in sync.

Method 1 leaves grouping to Sonos, while method 2 leaves it to your Apple device. In my experience method 1 leads to more stable group. Advantage of method 1 is also that you can group non-Airplay Sonos devices with the Aiplay-capable speaker.
