I have a surround (Beam+sub+2xOnes), a Move and a Roam. I’m unable to see more than one product in my system. In the case of the Roam and the Move I cannot pair them as stereo because the system never detect both at the same time. If I turn one off, then the other is showing in the app.
I tried factory reset all of them several times and make sure to Add product (I read a post where the problem seemed to be that the products were created in different accounts, but this doesn’t seem to be my case). I tried resetting the router, try to find the missing products, etc.
Any more ideas?
