App only showing one product

I have a surround (Beam+sub+2xOnes), a Move and a Roam. I’m unable to see more than one product in my system. In the case of the Roam and the Move I cannot pair them as stereo because the system never detect both at the same time. If I turn one off, then the other is showing in the app.

I tried factory reset all of them several times and make sure to Add product (I read a post where the problem seemed to be that the products were created in different accounts, but this doesn’t seem to be my case). I tried resetting the router, try to find the missing products, etc.

Any more ideas?

Hi. First point is that you cannot stereo pair two different types of speaker.anyway.

Please tell us more about your router and network.  Mesh system? Access points? Extenders?
