Can I set up my Sonos ERA100 using two separate phones? One is Android and the othe IOS.

You can use either phone to do the initial set up. Once setup, download the app onto the other phone and do a connect to an existing system. Either phone can then be used to control the speaker.
You can use up to 31 phones to control your system if you like.
Only the IOS one will (if supported) do Trueplay.
