I have amazon prime / amazon music (not unlimited)

When I try to open amazon music through sonos I get the message 'Request Operation Failed'

I have tried to remove and re authorise my amazon account within the sonos app which hasn't made any difference.

I have also checked my membership status in amazon music which is correct.

After looking at previous threads these are the only suggestions but neither work.

We've also tried this on my wife's phone (she uses apple where my phone is android) and we still get exactly the same message.

 

Any help would be appreciated please?
