have an Amazon Australia Prime 30 day trial. Have selected Amazon music in Sonos app and authorised the account. Service appears but when select music ie a station it says I need to start a trial with Amazon UK. 
 

I do have an Amazon UK account but no prime membership. 
 

is there a setting somewhere with Amazon that I need to change?

Thank you for reaching out to the Sonos community and letting us know about your concern. Let me share some information with you. If you are registered with Amazon, you can use the same login credentials for other countries. However, it’s different with Amazon Prime membership, it applies to the country where you acquired it. You need to be subscribed to Amazon Prime UK to be able to add it on Sonos.
