I just installed a Beam and I found in the settings how to adjust sounds but when I do there is no difference. I have an iPhone and not using beta.

The treble and bass settings in room settings I assume your talking about. I do notice difference if I adjust them.
Trueplay tuning should be done first though to get the best sound out of the beam.
