Never took this long before. Can't access library while indexing on PC or ipad controller. Received new phone internet modem from provider but everything else the same. Any ideas? Been hours. Does play what is in queue.
Hi James, we'd be happy to take a look at a diagnostic when you're having trouble with the index taking too long. It might just be a matter of it stalling out, or something else getting in the way. if you're still having any trouble, please feel free to submit a diagnostic from your Sonos system and reply back with your confirmation number.
