So now my only thing that I need to listen is to sonos radio?

You can add many music services to your Sonos system using the controller’s “Add A Service” menu.
Sonos does do Bluetooth on selected speakers, they are clearly marked on the sales and support pages.
You can’t “upload music to Sonos” you can play music you have uploaded to a compatible device.

You need to subscribe to Spotify, or Apple Music, or Amazon Music, or Tidal, or Deezer, etc.
Then you add that service to your Sonos, and you can then play many millions of tracks.
Or if you have a music library of tracks on a Mac or PC, you can play all of those on Sonos too but connecting your music library.
Once you have set up the music library you just pick the songs you want from them list the ontroller shows you when you select the library as your music source
