when i got home and noticed the update was available i went ahead and began the process. It was taking forever so at some point i force closed the app. when i re-opened the app i was prompted to once again install the update. I did notice that one of speaker did take the update but the other rooms were still on 9.1. I tried again with no luck, the process never gets past the first step. I even tried letting it install overnight and it looks like it just timed out on my phone and no other speaker took the update. Any suggestions?
Sounds like your speaker is dropping off the wifi during the install process. Try moving the speaker closer to the router, and connect it with an ethernet cable. Wait about 3 or 5 minutes for it to recognize it's wired, and then run the update again.



Once it's updated, move it back to the original location 🙂
