I have purchased a house with a Sonos system supplied. 3 x Connect:amps ZP120. I successfully transferred 2 of them to my new account, found them on app and grouped them together and hey presto - music. When I added the indentical ZP120 it found it but will not register it. All are connected to ethernet cables. I sent a diagnostic 103616749. Not sure where to go next.

Have you tried a factory reset of the ZP120?

 


Can I Factory reset just 1 device ?


OK, found a blog on reset a device and followed it.  Bingo. Allowed registration and added to the play group. Awesome sound everywhere.
