We have 6 Sonos speakers in the house and since day 1 the volume cuts off randomly. It stops for random periods as well. The only way to switch it on is to increase the volume up and down. 
We were told that it’s because our WiFi is very low, but we’ve now upgraded the all over the house and no issues but the problem is still there. 
Anyone has the same issue? Amy tips what it could be?

I recommend submitting a diagnostic when the issue next happens, and get in touch with our customer care team with that reference number. They can take a closer look at what’s happening the volume of your devices and work with you to resolve any underlying issues.
