VERY LOW SOUND with Pro-Ject Debut Carbon EVO turntable, ERA 300 speakers, a port Line-in, and a preamp

I have a Pro-Ject Debut Carbon EVO turntable, ERA 300 speakers, a port Line-in, and a preamp which was part was suggested by your support team. Everything is connected to my Sonos App, but the the sound from the turntable is still incredibly low. Help!

The Line-in volume is set to max, but still VERY low sound,
