Verizon Remote Control - volume control

I can’t seem to sync the volume control on my Verizon FIOS remote control over to the sound bar. It worked before and now I can’t seem to connect the two. Doesn’t recognize the volume up button When I get into the configuration mode via the Sonos app

Is your Verizon FIOS remote an IR remote?

Please submit a diagnostic report from your Sonos system for us to check. Just include the confirmation number in your response with your complete TV model number, and the remote model number of your Verizon FIOS remote so that we can look up the information.
