Using Connect Line-In to play to Arc

I am struggling to play vinyl from my turntable to my Arc. The current setup that I have is I connect my turntable to the RCA IN on the Connect, then I set the Arc input to be the Line-In that shows up in the app. For some reason no sound comes out of the Arc.

 

Here are a few things I’ve tried:

- I tried playing music from apple music in the app to the Arc, this worked

- I tried connecting the LINE OUT of the Connect to speakers and play from the Line-In, this worked

 

I’m not sure what is going wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I figured out the problem, it had to do with using the wifi that my apartment supplied. When I switched to a wired connection everything worked.
