When trying to play songs from my Liked songs library in Spotify, I get intermittent swapping errors of “an error occurred 701” or simply “unable to add song to queue”.

All other playlists work without issue.

I have approx 4000 songs in my library however in researching this problem, it looks like a previous person advised that it should be able to accommodate ~6.75k (+/- depending on metadata.

Could someone assist in confirming how I can get around this error?

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

Could you please unplug Sonos units and your WiFi router from the power for at least 30 seconds? Turn on the router and wait for WiFi to come online before turning Sonos units back on too.
