My Iphone 11 (software version 14.4.2) sonos S2 app continually shows ‘unable to connect to sonos lets fix it’, when I click to fix it and follow the instructions (power off speakers and then the wifi hub), eventually it connects, until the next time and then the same message.

The system is less than a year old and includes a bean, 2 x one, one sl and sub.

I’ve put the app on my laptop and it seems ok but keeps asking me to reauthorise apple music, which I do but still doesn’t show it.

I have 180Mbs fibre internet on a BT smart Hub 2 wifi

I have managed to find what looks like the cause identified in topic ‘BT Smart Hub 2 - Connection Issues (April 2021)’

Looks like I need to wait until BT get their fingers out and sort the firmware issue
