Unable to browse Bandcamp in Sonos

I am unable to view any purchased content from my Bandcamp account. I completed the authorisation and Bandcamp appears in Sonos but says 'no selection available' when I select any of the categories. I have submitted a diagnostic report - 1320941429

Have you tried reauthorising the Bandcamp service in "Settings/Services & Voice” in the Sonos App just to see if that fixes the issue?

Yes, I have tried that and deleted and set up again but neither resolved the issue.

Same issue here. Any solutions yet?


@Macdalor After you try removing Bandcamp from your music services and re-adding it, try resetting the Sonos app under App Preferences and close and restart the app.

Any other options?


Have you restarted your phone or rebooted your router?

yes indeed, restarted phone, computer which I also tried this from, and fully reset the router...
