Trouble with speakers showing up in app

Hello, 

I have an Arc, two One SLs, and a Sub configured as a surround system. It works great, when it works.

Occasionally (once or twice a week), one or more speakers stop working and the app shows ?+?+?, replacing the speaker with a question mark. Sometimes it's all of the speakers, sometimes it's just one or two. Occasionally, the system fixes itself. Other times, I need to reset my wireless router and/or power off/on the speakers. The issue will usually repeat again in a couple of days. 

I would appreciate any help resolving this issue for good. It is becoming quite frustrating.

Try changing the wireless channel on your router or connecting the Arc to your router with an ethernet cable. https://support.sonos.com/s/article/4769?language=en_US
