when playing music our ceiling speakers((Sonos) sound tinny. They are off sonos amp.
i have changed volume level on app and tried full and ambient.
Also, sometimes after playing music home theatre sound as if surrounds dropped off.

Make sure that the speaker wire phase is correct. (+ Amp) —> (+ Speaker). Out of phase connections significantly reduce the bass.
