Hellou!

I just bought Beam Gen2 and One SL, I have old Ikea symfonisk speaker. I love the sound of them but I cant pair them use surround voice.

Two compatible Sonos speakers are required to add a surround speaker. Make sure the products are turned on and connected to a WiFi network.

I have tried reboot all speakers, installed them many time, rebootted router and used ethernet cable to Beam. Nothing has helped,so far.

My router is ZTE MC801A.

Here is diagnostic number: 74666999.

Forgive me for my bad English :)

Greetings from cold Finland!

Welcome, your English is a lot better than my Finnish!

Both surround speakers need to be the same type, you cannot mix and match.

You either need an extra One/One SL, to use Ones as surrounds, or another IKEA Symfonisk the same as your existing Symfonisk, to use Symfonisk as surrounds.

To clarify, a Symfonisk frame and bookshelf would not work either, needs to be Frame x2, or Bookshelf x2
