Sub and surrounds not working

Hi team!

Having real issues with my sonos setup, grateful for any advice please.

I have 2 zones in my house.

1. Playbar, with 2 x play 3 surrounds

2. Amp, with sonance speakers and a gen 3 sub

Neither the surrounds or sub produce any sound. The playbar and amp, ie main speakers, work fine. When I connect a surround speaker, it connects just fine in the app, but they don't produce any sound.

I've tried different combinations, resetting all speakers, nothing works. The play 3s work fine in isolation, but when connected as surrounds, nothing.

The sub won't work on either zone. However, after resetting, it shows in the app and does a big 'I'm here' sound, so clearly works.

Help!!

Try unplugging the Playbar and Amp from power for a couple of minutes and reboot your router. Also make sure you keep WiFi enabled on all devices in the Sonos app.
