For the past two weeks, almost every night when everyone in my house is sleeping, music starts playing by itself on one set of speakers. When it first started happening, it played through our Alexa’s (Amazon). I then proceeded to unplug all of our Alexa’s in the house.  Since then, the music now comes on through one of our built in speakers that plays through a Sonos Amp / Connect.

This happened tonight and I ran a diagnostic - 918751605.

I checked to ensure I have no alarms set.

If the issue is there is someone else who logged into my system - how do I remove them?

If you have in the past granted someone with Spotify Connect access to your Sonos while they were on your WiFi signal, all you have to do is play another source, say TuneIn, or basically any service but Spotify. Once that has been achieved, you break their ability to ‘cast’ to your Sonos until the next time you have them back over to your home.
