Using randomizer playlists from Spotify. Sonos plays two tracks, then tries the third for 12-13 seconds, then displays a connection lost and moves on to the next track. Very consistent behaviour. Same for different playlists and same regardless of which phone I am using (both are Samsung Androids though)

Super annoying. 

Sounds like an issue with wifi interference of some type. If the information in the linked FAQ doesn’t help, I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and network.


I had a similar problem on my phone pixel 4a. I just logged out and logged in on Spotify. This will fix the problem and I would recommend to download modded app if you are not using premium or iOS app.
