speakers quit showing up in app, randomly

I used my Sonos one speakers no problem last week. This week my speakers won’t show up to connect to the app. I have restarted my wireless on my ipad, I have checked that the updated privacy issues is fixed, and I have restarted my router. What else can I do. The last time I had this issue it was like 6 months until the rando problem between Spotify and Sonos was corrected. I’m not a happy camper.

If your speakers were not powered off while you rebooted your router, there’s still the potential for duplicate IP addresses causing an issue, but I suspect the chances are higher that you have some sort of wifi interference . I’d review that FAQ and apply what potential solutions that you may find.

However, if that doesn’t resolve the issue for you, I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, there are more options available beyond just the diagnostic analysis.
