Sonos customer service is one of the worst I have experience. I don't know what has cause the decline .

I have had issues 6 weeks with my sonos amp and outdoor architectural speakers.Anytime I try to call it's min 60 mins hold. Then I spent 2 hrs trouble shouting.  They replaced the amp. Took 2 week to get this and still didnt fix it. Had to call again 80 min hold this time. Spent another  2 hours on the phone and was told it's the speakers and I should never been told it was an amp issue. It's been 2 weeks since this call. After a week of failed attempts to use rhe advance option to ship new replacement speakers I am now told that the 5 business days shipping is change to 6 weeks.

They don't care about customers.  I have spent over 10,000$ on Sonos products and I am beginning to regret this because of the terrible after service 

Not sure that anyone is able to assist you here in this Sonos user community - other than to say I hope you get your replacement speakers sooner rather than later, and if you need to chase them up nearer the time, you’re likely best to speak to the Sonos Global Sales Team - I understand it’s their role to handle replacements and returns etc. and is  less of wait time compared to customer services.
