Sonos customer service is one of the worst I have experience. I don't know what has cause the decline .
I have had issues 6 weeks with my sonos amp and outdoor architectural speakers.Anytime I try to call it's min 60 mins hold. Then I spent 2 hrs trouble shouting. They replaced the amp. Took 2 week to get this and still didnt fix it. Had to call again 80 min hold this time. Spent another 2 hours on the phone and was told it's the speakers and I should never been told it was an amp issue. It's been 2 weeks since this call. After a week of failed attempts to use rhe advance option to ship new replacement speakers I am now told that the 5 business days shipping is change to 6 weeks.
They don't care about customers. I have spent over 10,000$ on Sonos products and I am beginning to regret this because of the terrible after service
