Hi Sonos, 

I recently purchased the Arc & Sub. I have connected it to my Sony TV KD-85X9000H. The sound will randomly turn off for 10-15 seconds.

I have tried unplugging the TV, Arc & Sub. I’ve checked the HDMI cord (the one supplied with the arc). I’ve even hoped it would just go away - if anything if feels like it is getting worse or just irritating me more. It doesn't matter if I’m watch TV or Netflix etc

Obviously very keen to get this fixed as soon as possible.

Any suggestions?

 

Do you have anything else connected to the TV?


No I don’t have anything else connected to the TvV.

Does the X9000H have HDMI eARC? If so, have you tried disabling the eARC setting on your TV?


Yes it does & I've just turned it off.  I’ll give that a shot - thanks for the suggestion.
