Hello, I have multiple Sonos SL speakers and a Sonos Five speaker (All hardwired). I am experiencing them falling offline randomly when listening to Spotify Premium. I notice the speaker will no longer show in the “Connect to device” list. I then reboot and the speaker shows up again. Any ideas? Please note I have replaced the router and switch with no change.

Try assigning your Sonos static/reserved IP addresses in your router’s DHCP settings page.

Power down Sonos, reboot router and power the Sonos back up.


Good idea! I will try that if I continue to have issues. After posting my question I thought about testing the ethernet cable run pinout and found that 1-7 were testing fine but I wasn't getting a light on 8. I replaced one of the ethernet ends and now I am getting 1-8. Will continue to test.
