sonos port wont set up button press not detected

So we just moved into a new house with a Sonos system installed. I have hard wired the ports into the eeros router and they showing up on there. I go through the set up and get to the stage that says push the button to continue. I press and press and nothing happens? What am I doing wrong lol I cannot get past this step

Same issue occurred for me. Unplug the port power and plug back in. I also took off the hard wired cord and set up using WiFi and it worked.
