Are you still having this problem? You have a few options here:
The first is to bypass using WiFi by connecting the Port to your router with an ethernet cable, permanently (or connect another Sonos device you have that is closer).
The second is to log into your router’s settings and make sure the settings comply with our Supported Wi-Fi modes and security standards. Specifically, the security type used - you’ll want to use WPA2/3.
Your final option, if you are not comfortable with altering or don’t know how to alter your router’s settings, is to get in touch with our technical support team by phone, who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to change the settings for you.
